Betsy’s at Evelyn’s Park, a Bellaire neighborhood eatery from Adair Concepts, the owners behind iconic concepts Adair Kitchen, Eloise Nichols Grill & Liquors, BEBIDAS, Skeeter’s Mesquite Grill, and Los Tios Mexican Restaurants, is now open at 4400 Bellaire Boulevard. Located inside the beloved Yellow House at the southwest corner of Evelyn’s Park, Betsy’s bears the name of owners and siblings Nick Adair and Katie Adair Barnhart’s mother, Betsy Adair. The menu is a fast casual concept, serving breakfast and park friendly items all-day. Think homemade breakfast tacos, yogurt, quiche, oatmeal, avocado toast and coffee in the morning to smoothies, cheese boards, sandwiches, burgers, pizzas and salad bowls through the evening hours.
