It was the year of 1937 in Hondo, Texas, when Alvin Britsch began what would become a family tradition spanning 3 generations. Britsch was known for his delicious famous Pepper Steaks. At Hermann Sons Steak House, we take food seriously and we have developed a reputation for excellence all across the state of Texas. We serve plates of our House Specials, Steaks, Seafood, Chicken, Enchiladas, Appetizers, Salads, Sandwiches, Desserts & more. We provide a full bar - that serves beer, wine, & liquor.
